    Can these guided meditations help me in improving my health. My health is very much vulnerable and I am not able to stick to the path because of this.
    I have done Maha Rudra Kriya on and off and its very much effective. In my first attempt I felt as if I have gained glimpse of the observer in me.

    Please share your thoughts on health by autosuggestions or law of attraction.

    I started listening the audio expecting same LOA content but still went ahead to listen. But content of the audio is profound, felt very nice after listening.
